If you head South West in WBL, you’ll find Al Meera Complex on Umm Al Saneem St. – this is where you’ll probably find most of your necessities as well as a few more restaurants. There are 4 entrances to West Bay Lagoon. The North Gate is located off an unnamed road once you make a right off Al Jamiaa St.(left if you’re headed south). Both the West and South gates are located off West Bay Lagoon Street. East you’ll find Lusail Expressway – you can enter and exit West Bay Lagoon through West Bay Lagoon Street and 2 other unnamed roads.
Who Lives Here?
Both expats and Qatari’s own property in West Bay Lagoon. You’ll mostly find young couples and singles in this area – there is a high number of nurseries and elementary schools in WBL (see below).
